Here's how it works....
You pick the day and time for the "Great Snowball Battle of 2008" and then give us a call. The snowball battles are especially effective when they are held during school hours...during recess, just after lunch, just before the end of the school day or even during half-time during a football game.
In junior high school and high school, you would assign two or three (or more!) students to make posters advertising the upcoming snowball battle to be displayed in the hallways. Students could then sell tickets in the cafeteria. For younger children, a flyer sent home to parents is more effective. (We can provide you with a master copy).
Once tickets have been sold (we provide extra tickets for children who won't be able to purchase one...we'll make sure no one is left out of the fun), you let us know how many participants there will be and we'll get to work making snow!
We show up at the appointed time with battle boxes full of snow and set up the battle lines. The students (who will be unbelievably excited...take a look at the photos in the gallery!) will choose a "team" and line up behind the battle lines. We hand out goggles, read the "rules of engagement" through a megaphone, scream "GO" and the most joyful mayhem ensues!!!
It's all over within a half-hour and your big fundraiser for the year is done!
We have all kinds of ideas for ways for you to increase your profits too...hot chocolate, snowball cupcakes...even buttons and t-shirts! With a little bit of parent participation, you can double your fundraising result.
